The St Joseph site comprises around one quarter of the total Canal Quarter Regeneration Zone. It will be the first major development to come forward in the Canal Quarter and will set a benchmark for the quality of future development, catalysing regeneration within the wider area. St Joseph’s vision for the site is to create a distinctive canal-side community in Stratford-upon-Avon where people can enjoy its great location between town and country.
