Monthly meetings are held in the function rooms at the White Swan Hotel in Rother Market. Meetings may be broadcast online (by zoom).

Meetings are held on the third Monday of each month, commencing at 6pm and lasting for about an hour. Members are encouraged to arrive early and/or stay on afterwards to socialise.
